An Adjustable Outhaul Kit lets you power up and depower your windsurfing sail whilst windsurfing.
They are suitable for all windsurfing booms that are fitted with at least 3 no. pulleys on the tail end.

The Adjustable Outhaul Kit lets you adjust your outhaul whilst windsurfing, fine tuning your sail for power and depower as you need to.
The Adjustable Outhaul Kit is ideal if you want to increase the wind range from your sail whilst windsurfing. Depower your sail by applying more ouhaul tension, and power up your sail by letting off some outhaul tension.
Picture shows all the parts, but as this kit is continuously improved with better individual products becoming available, some items may be different when you accept delivery.
If your sail has an eyelet on the outhaul, it is necessary to also purchase a Chinook double sail pulley...see pictures. We have these in stock also.

Installation of the adjustable outhaul kit
Setting up takes about 30 minutes. After that, it’s only minutes to rig it on your boom each time.

NOTE on the Bigsurf kit
The Bigsurf kit is available in a range of different clamp sizes…we developed this kit to work on as many boom arm diameters as possible. To determine which size kit you need, measure the circumference of your boom arm, then choose the clamp size from the drop down menu. It’s not an exact science, as you can pack out the clamp with the spacers provided in the kit, but the ideal is to select a clamp size that is closest to your boom arms circumference. So for example, if your boom arm circumference is 113mm, select the 115mm clamp size from the drop down menu.
