This is a USED Clayton Pod 3 Surfboard, in the size 5'8" x 18 1/2" x 2 3/8". We don’t know the volume. Clayton are a well known South African surf brand.
Suited to smaller riders only. Previous owners kid(s) enjoyed this.
It is in OK, well-used condition. This board has clearly been well used and well enjoyed. It’s not perfect and it does have some pressure dents and other signs of a life well lived (couple ding repairs). It is ready to surf as it is, just wax it, but do a sanity check on the existing repairs for peace of mind.
But… look at the price! Make a few straightforward repairs and you’ve got a cheap board without spending big money.
It comes with the leash shown in the photos. The leash is also well used, so as always with a second-hand leash, it’s a bit of a lottery — it could last for years, or it could decide it has had enough next week! Check it carefully before use and replace it if necessary. However it is a Dakine leash and we’ve always found Dakine to be amongst the best.
The previous owner’s kid(s) clearly had plenty of fun on this board. Hopefully the next young surfer will get plenty of fun out of it too.
