Instead of plastic packaging waste, Starboard now supply new boards with these socks to protect from dirt. They are a thin layer, so suitable for dirt protection only. Or they work well for keeping wax off your car seats.
It is an 8’ long board sock, BUT it stretches, so boards 9’ or even 10’ long should be no problem to fit. Will fit snug on a mid to long surf board, and will stretch to fit a SUP board. It’s a good thing.
