This VS Ryan Hardy 40″ PE Bodyboard is a performance board that can be accessed by all riders.

FEATURES OF THIS BOARD

PE Core –  The industry standard since day one, Ethafoam 2.4lb extruded Polyethylene is best suited to cooler water climates and riders who like to feel the flex.

8 Pound PE Deck – 8pcf non-crosslink Polyethylene outer skins. The premier skin for high performance bodyboarding.

HD – High Density Slick Skin –  Hard wearing, high density slick bottom skin for improved board stiffness and speed.

XFL-Crosslink Foam Layer – Heat laminated Crosslink Polyethylene foam forms the inner rails and nose and tail armour, encapsulating the full inner perimeter of the board for premium seam strength and impact protection.

Crescent Tail – Classic 45° angle on a 385° radius cut. Loose and responsive, Crescent Tails are the preferred shape of the VS Pro Team. CNC cut for maximum precision.

CFT Stringer – Hollow, filament wound composite-fibre tube for increased board strength and spring like recoil. (Note: Stringers do not prevent creasing – please check for stringer placement when drilling leash plug.

Graduated Channels – Graduated hull contours increase the surface area of the boards slick and channels that laminar flow along the rail/hull for a positive edge control.

Bull Grips – Die-cut bulbs are positioned at each corner of the nose to enhance finger finger grip. Now with a new, curved contour for an even better handle.

Buzz Tech Lamination – Buzz-Tech process hot air lamination system thermo-fuses the outer skins to the core with calibrated pre and post set rocker tension for optimum board recoil.

CNC Presision Shaping – CAD designed templates precision CNC machines for superior accuracy and consistency.
